Text of Complaint by Felix Ruben:

I am using dish tv from last 3-4 years and most of the time when I asked for their help, I did not get. This time also in I think in February from when TRAI’s new rule came I contacted dish tv customer care for their help to recharge my connection according to TRAI’s new rule. one of the person told me the plan is changed and price is also changed, so I asked for    a new plan and asked him how much it will cost and he told me some amount and I paid that amount and he said it will activate after half n hour. I waited for one hour but nothing happen then I again call them and they said sir some problem is with server so wait for another half n hour and it will resolve but again nothing happen so I again called and they say the same thing and this thing continue for 2-3 days and day by day one by one some channels stop working. after 2-3 days I tried to talk with their manager but they were not connecting my calls to manager but one day after 1 hour talking one person connected my call to the manager and manager told me that you have recharged some other plan so if you want to see those channels you need to recharge again with a new plan. I tried to make him understand that this was not my fault but what their customer care suggested me I did but he was not accepting their mistake and talking rudely like their other customer care persons did. All these were took 4-5 days after I recharged the connection. After that I switched off the TV and did not start it till now. Last month I got a call from their customer care for some offer so I told him I am not using their connection and told him the reason and that person told me that he will resolve my problem and promise me something so I told him I am travelling now he said that no problem when you will come back you can call customer care and the problem will resolve. so now 3-4 days back when I called the customer care and ask for their help again they said we cant do that, I told them that your person only told me that you can resolve so they register my complain to check the call record and said we will get back to you after one day but till now they did not so I called again and ask they said our senior is busy so we will arrange a call back but they didn’t. I am really fed-up with these people and I need help.
