Hi Team,
I am Yogesh. I have ordered a Havells puro turbo geyser on 24-oct-2020 by using Amazon id: – (Mobile no.) 9205091098 (order is placed by using this account) and account holder name Anupama Devnath and this account is prime membership holder account.
On 02-Nov-2020 I received my product but under this I got a wrong product i.e. product is different and invoice is different. So, I did a complaint against this in amazon customer care and they gave a solution to replace this product and on 07-Nov-2020, I got my replacement product but this time again same problem as before replacement, i.e. product is different and invoice is different. Actually, replacement is just bullshit because they provided me same product as i received before, no difference between both the product.
So, on 07-Nov-2020 I again called in Amazon and discuss my problem that they provided me again wrong replacement. Then, one of the Amazon senior post member raised help me and raised a query related to Invoice updated because they said me that it is somehow Wrong details update on amazon site. So, I(Amazon) will update your invoice. Then he raised a query and gave me a query no: – 0530499213 and informed me the details that you will get updated invoice within 7 days.
On 11-Nov-2020, I again called in amazon related to get my invoice update status then they said to me that sir on 13-Nov-2020 you will get the solution. Then again on 13-Nov-2020, I called in amazon and asked about the invoice updated but they didn’t give me the solution and gave me another date i.e. 17-Nov-2020.
So, as per given date on 17-Nov-2020 I am again called in Amazon related to my complain then they said me that sir there is a requirement of serial no. of that product that actually you received. Then through mail, I provided all the necessary details that they required from my side on a same date. Then again, they give me 2 days’ time. On 19-Nov-2020, when I called in amazon then they said me that sir your invoice is not yet updated and again it will take time at least 5 working days because on 17-Nov-2020 your details is not properly uploaded by the Amazon Associate. Then, instead of any Solution they again provided me a next date i.e. 23-Nov-2020.
Finally, today i.e. on 22-Nov-2020 again I called Then again same they said to me that sir invoice is not yet updated I highlight the case and it will take again 5 working days from now.
So, this type of treatment is given by the amazon team to me and again and again they make fraud with the customer and not give any solution. since last 29 days, they didn’t give me any solution. Only next date is given by the amazon team instead of solution. this type of fraud is done by a milliner company with their valuable customer.
So, please help me out related to this matter. Even after received a wrong product. I am agreed to accept this product only update my invoice so that I am able to use this product. But, on 07-Nov-2020 to till date they didn’t prove me the solution. And everyone knows that geyser is an essential product and use in winter season only. If they continuously provided me the next date as they did since 07-nov-2020. then how can I use this product. And one more problem is there with me that if they give me refund then I am facing a loss of Approx. RS 200. So, please help me to update my invoice so that I will use my product because until invoice is not updating the installation process is on hold or pending.
So, my humbly request to amazon team that please update my invoice or if they want to return my money then they return my money along with my loss amount that i will face because of your wrong delivery. Because all fault from your side. So, you will face the loss amount that i will face in my new purchasing of product.
I request to legal authority that please take a strict action against Amazon. So that, in future they will not doing any fraud with their customer or help them in limited time duration as well.
