I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against mpocket Loan Services regarding their unethical conduct, harassment, and unfair practices in relation to my loan account [Loan Account Number] that I obtained in 2020. I would like to bring to your attention the following issues:
1. Harassment: Despite my sincere efforts to communicate my financial difficulties resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been subjected to continuous harassment through phone calls. The language used by your representatives during these calls has been offensive and vulgar, which is completely unacceptable.
2. Unjust Penalty Charges: I am concerned about the excessive penalty charges levied on my account. These charges do not reflect a fair assessment of my situation and have only worsened my financial predicament.
