I ordered an product from seeing an ad on Facebook so now the picture which I saw on the ads it was totally different from that now when I want to return the product the delivery executive is telling me that it’s not possible because the product picture is different and in real it’s different so is it my problem and I really don’t have the product picture so please kindly check regarding this issue
