This is regarding my Jio Prepostpaid number which i was using since last 3 years and unfortunately we have moved to Dubai now, our number was registered with all the banks and also the whatsapp we were using the same number. however, the sim was prepostpaid, as we thought it will work in dubai also and we will continue using here also but after coming here, we realized that this sim wont work in Dubai, as we are from Jammu UT, this might be the reason. however, still we were able to use the whatsapp number as same, this number was circulated to all our family and friends. we know it and we dint recharge it due to its no service available here (outside India).\

But, this is really unfair that how a company like Jio can do such foolish acts by closing the number and alloting to someone unknown without thinking its impacts that what will happen to the other people and sites the number was registered with ? the same thing happened with us also, it was registered with my bank, now i am unable to use the Gpay, also the whatsapp stopped all of sudden. i am going to complain about this to the higher authorities and will go to the higher court as well if i will not get any justice.

really such a shameful act by a company like Jio.
