Text of Complaint by Sauparna Bhunia:

Respected Sir/ Madam,

        I have purchased medicines on Flipkart Healthplus on 25.12.2022 via debit card transaction. As doctor has changed prescribed medicines I had to return some of those medicines. So I have requested to return and a delivery man picked up those medicines from me on 27.01.2023. After that I haven’t received the refund amount Rs.844.74/-. I have contacted Flipkart Healthplus Customer Care several times for previous three months via call and email but they just gave me the details (Refund was initiated on 27.01.2023, Refund Id- 20230127111212801300168856368531173, ARN Number- 235914029135) via email and advised me to wait and contact to bank. I talk to service manager of SBI home branch, he told me they had nothing to do with those refund details provided by Flipkart and advised me to contact with Flipkart again. After three months passed till now I haven’t received the refund.

Kindly check this matter and take necessary action as early as possible.
