Dear Sir,
I am writing this email to let you know that My TATASKY ID is 1028948410 and am an old subscriber as well.
Last month my old set top box broke up so I called your technician to fix it.
He came and upgraded the set top box to HD Set top box and he took off the old set top box along with my new remote control set which I bought separately, instead of old original remote control set which came with the old set top box.
So, I rang him immediately and he promised me to change it. I, however, waited for a few weeks but he didnt change it, not even picked up the phone. Lately, by chance he picked up the phone and answered rudely and denied to change the remote control set.
I complained and let the things to your customer care desk but they didn’t resolve the problem. I am very upset about this incident. How come you are keeping this type of Tech guy in your leading organisation. His name is Ashim Das, Mobile no.-8820655179.
So, I am requesting you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please don’t let me think of switching to another service provider or take any other legal advice.
