Loan apps are demanding money again and again and blackmailing me to send all my gallery pics and videos to all my contact lists( friends and families). They are editing photos of me and other persons in the gallery and writing words like thief and other abusive words on the photos.

I was also going to take a loan from this Creditt+ app but before that I felt maybe I should check the internet in case they are also a scam like other apps. The UI seemed legit and in permissions also, they are only taking camera and location permission so how did they access your contacts?
Or did they change their permissions after all these reports?
While applying for the loan, we have to give 10 reference contacts. So are they harassing only those 10 people, or do they have access to the remaining complete contact list?
