Dear [Jio Customer Support],
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the Jio AirFiber service I am subscribed to. Despite being advertised as “unlimited data,” I have been restricted to 1000 GB of data, which is not what I was promised.
– My Jio AirFiber account number is [778701083095]
– I subscribed to the [annual] 599+ GST plan, which was advertised as having unlimited data.
– However, after exceeding 1000 GB of data, I noticed that my internet speed was throttled/restricted.
I request that you take immediate action to:
– Clarify the data limits and Fair Usage Policy (FUP) associated with my plan.
– Consider upgrading my plan to one with more data or providing a refund for the excess data charges.
– Take steps to ensure that Jio AirFiber’s advertising accurately reflects the service’s features and limitations
