Hi My Name is Amar Singh & Subscriber ID 1331586089, I have taken a new Connection of Tata Sky in Jul-19 and same time I have taken the 6 month Basic Hindi Pack Plan which was expired on 12-01-2020.
On 12-01-2019 I have modified the Plan with Rs. 280 ( 153+Channel) which was supposed to expire on 11-02-2020 but same is showing expiry date 29-01-2020.
I have informed to Customer care about this issue but they told that you plan is showing of Rs 525/- monthly charges when I informed that I have changed the Plan by Rs 280/- monthly and they said we have registered you complain and we will resolve your query in 72 hours.
So many times I have complained to customer care about this issue but without resolving the issue they just message that your problem has been resolved.
I have given the referrel to my friend for new Tata Sky Connection and I got the referrel benefit of Rs. 300/- but I didn’t get any benefit of that referrel bonus.
I am really frustrate with the service of Tata Sky , I have never faced this kind of issue with any customer care. They always gave me fake commitment to resolve the issue.
Request you to please resolve my issue urgently as this is the last request by me to Tata Sky if it will not resolve this time than I will close the Tata Sky Connection.

I have received a call on 28-01-2020 to resolve the issue but again no solution and my Tata Sky Connection is showing the expiry date of 28-01-2020 which is supposed to expire on 12-02-2020.

I have received a call from Tata Sky dated 29-01-2020 they have given the credit Rs. 100 to increase the recharge date till 10-02-2020 & confirmed that problem has been resolved but when I checked in my TV about monthly subscription it is showing same monthly Charges Rs. 525/- instead of 275/-.
Also I have not received any benefit referral Bonus of Rs. 300/- which I have given to my friend and he has taken the Connection with my referral link only.
