Text of Complaint by Abdul Salam:

Sir,
I am a paytm postpaid user. I have been paying all bill on due date from my 1st day of using Postpaid.
I know that all transaction from the 1st day to last day of a month, bill generate on 1st day of next month…And I have to pay it before 7th day of the month after bill generated.
Sir, I didn’t late to pay my bill of the month of October. I paid it on 1st November, My bill was cleared.
Again I paid on 23 November Of my November months bill, again bill was cleared.
But why convenience fee Rs. 109 has been changed for me on 1st December?
I want to know that what was my fault.
