The complain is in regards to the cancellation of Flight SG-115 From BOM TO DBR on sept 04, 2023. The PNR for reservation OE3FUW.
When I get the information about cancellation of Flight I called at Spicejet coustomer service to provide me another flight for same day but they denied and give me 3 option to choose.
1. To take 17 hour layover connecting flight.
2. Travel on sept 06 by same flight.
3. Collect Refund provided by the Airline.
But when I tell them to arrange a flight on BOM – PAT sector they tell me to pay the difference. I just want same day Flight only.
