It was established that the issue was at Vodafone end and it took 27 days to respond and restore partial services, Kindly issue me appropriate compensation for non-availability of services since day 1, 21/07/2022.
How can they call from mobile number, when they have vi call monitoring lines.
This is unacceptable.
Customer care guy tries to convince me that issue was not resolved by VI tech team.
I had to pay 100 for Sim replacement which didn’t resolve the issue.
It’s customer care fault that I received late resolution (30 days).
