Text of Complaint by Adv. Rahul Kumar:

On 9 July 2023 at around 10:33 pm , I placed an order with order number 5012689480 from Pizza wings. The estimated delivery time was 11:00pm , but unfortunately, I have not received my order till now. I have been eagerly waiting for the food, but it seems to be significantly delayed or possibly lost.

I have tried reaching out to the delivery executive assigned to my order multiple times, but I have not been able to establish any communication. I find this situation extremely frustrating, as I had placed this order with the expectation of enjoying a meal.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to investigate this matter and provide me with a resolution. I would appreciate a prompt refund for the undelivered order, as well as some assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future
