Text of Complaint by annu tripathi:

i have book a parcel on 13th of may 2025 Delhivery direct is the worst courier service I have ever seen
Pathetic customer service
My courier was picked on 14th of may 2025 September
And in the beginning I was told that my courier will be delivered by 218th may 2025
I waited till 29th may 2025 but the courier was not delivered and delivery date was shifted in application
I waited for one more day but the company shifted the delivery date again. This time I registered complaint on their app
But no response was received
I tried to search for their Customer service Number
But then I was amazed that they don’t have any customer service number
I got some number through Justdial but none of the number was operational
I raised multiple tickets in last few days
But didn’t got any replies from them
Few days back I checked the message
And I got the message that my courier was lost by the company
I felt very worried because there was cloths and other things in the courier that was very expensive for me
Then I raised a ticket to return my courier back to me and cancel the shipment
By then they are behaving in the same way
I am amazed by this pathetic courier company
I want my courier back Please Help
