Grievance Details:
i have ordered shoes from seller of shop 101 website (seller name-watchiunction.i• have concerned with seller that if some•size issues willl be there in shoes so willl• he exchange the shoes so he said yes and•said there is exchange policy of shoes of 7 days…and when i ordered the shoes•and then received it so the issue of size• was there so i message the seller within the exchange period to kindly exchange the shoes and provide of my size itried yo contact through call,instagram, WhatsApp• but after seeing the messages he has not replied me and neither picking the call and after that i called on costumer care of SHOP101 through which the seller is selling the product and told them alll problem i was facing and then asked for my resolution but they are misleading and•misguiding me and not taking it seriously•i am contacting them since 6 month but• my problem is not-resolved ..not seller nor the company is solving my problem…after that website representative called me and• assured me that he will replace the shoes so I agreed with him and not taken action after that..but now i have sended him•all information of shoes and address for delivery but he is not picking my call and saying that it is responsibility of the seller we can not do anything in that…
