I did a subscription (HOICHOI)1year recharge Rs. 599/- on 10 Dec, 2021. They said I received a flat 10% cashback behalf on this recharge within 24 hours. But more than 48 hours gone still paytm not give that said offer money. My subscription linked mobile number is 8334888344. Several time cantact with paytm helpline services but not solved my problem till now.
Kindly look after this situation.
