Text of Complaint by Rijo V Jose:

I have booked my fireboltt Ultimate series watch on August 18 on the official site of the fireboltt. After using the watch for almost a week I found the side switch was not working properly hence immediately I returned the product. I followed up the return for 10 times and they were asking me to wait for 4 to 5 working days due stock unavailability of the same Item. Regarding the issue today 07-11-2023 I called the customer care and they told that the product is already dispatched via Blue Dart courier. But regarding this I did not receive any E mail. But immediately after the call I received the mail telling your return product has been dispatched but there was no Courier Name. Tracking/AWB Number and Shipment date.
Anyway by today evening I received the product but instead of my Rs.1999/- Fireboltt Ultimate series they have sent Fireboltt Talk series which has only Rs.1090 price. They have sent me the product without asking me the consent only.
When I called the customer care they were telling previous item was not not in stock so they have sent the other item.
Sir please solve my complaint and take proper action against the company.
