HiTeam,
I have booked a flight ticket from Jaipur to Mumbai on 02-01-2022 at 5:20 am. The money got debited, please find below mail and further, the ticket got cancelled automatically. And when I am trying to connect with your senior over-call, the customer support executive is denying me the same. On further enquiry they are saying that the payment will get returned within 7-10 days. But why should I block my money for this long???? Since I haven;t cancelled my bookings, your system did. So why should I suffer ?
