I was trying to get some loan. And I got an approval mail on 8-Sept-20 along with Approval Letter from Reliance Microfinance regarding the same. After having conversation with their team. They first asked to me deposit Rs.2500 as Stamp Duty fees to process the loan file & I paid that. Next day when I asked about the status of my loan application they informed me that they need to issue a insurance so that in case of any mis-happening took place they can claim the amount from the insurance company & to not bother my family. I agreed & paid Rs.22500 for the insurance purpose. They assured my that they will now process the file. I called them again then they said that to process the loan I have to submit the advance 2 EMI’s to bank for security. I paid that amount to. Next day I followed with them & they assure that the file is in process & the loan amount will be disburse. But when I didnot get the loan I called them again. This time they said that the my loan application is on S & S hold & to process the file the bank needs to generate the OTP & this can be done only after paying the fees of Rs.51900. I thought that this time it can be done & somehow, I arrange the money. After that the team assured that the file is now processed & the loan amount will be disbursed soon in my given bank account. But when it did not happened & I called them they again informed me that the file is stopped for some reason & they asked me to again make some payment of Rs.50000. I told them that I am not able to arrange the fund now & requested them to refund the money. They agreed & informed me that the file is in the process of cancellation. After that I have not received the refund. Also, the contact number is not in contact now. I am also not getting any response on emails from the company. Request you to support me to get my money back. It will support me to survive in terms of finances.
