We went to watch a movie on 17th of February at PVR Ujjain when we reached at the theatre they said the their air conditioner was not working and if we wanted the tickets will be cancelled and refunded. We asked them to cancel a tickets and refund the amount as soon as possible . The money was supposed to be refunded in seven working days but it’s been a month and still there is no response from PVR or the theatre that we went to. Are the proof of the tickets that we booked.
