Hi

My name is Mohit Saini. I was employee of Entella It. Pvt. Ltd. from 1-Nov- 2017 to 26-Oct-2018. It was going smoothly and then started
delay in salaries from month of Aug, 2018. After that all of a sudden they announced shut down of company on 10-Oct-2018.

According to our offer letter company is vaiable to pay us salary for next 2 months in case they ask to us to relieve company
and i belive company shut down is same as relieving.

But we havn’t got any salary till yet. On my last day, our CEO Mr. Randhir Mangat has confiremed on email that by 15th Nov, 2018 i will \
get my slary for month of October & November , 2018. But i haven’t got even a single penny yet. And when i call him, he said that i can’t
tell you when u can get your salary.

I am a married person and i have 4 years daughter. My monthly Home Loan Emi is Rs 39000/ month and i have to pay Rs 18000/month for
my duaghter’s physciotherapy. Till now, i was doing my expenses from Credit cards and borrowing from my relatives in hope that i
will get salary by 15th Nov, 2018.

But now i am helpless.
