Text of Complaint by Aishwarya Mandya:

I brought a bed from Zefo and it has been a week. They are neither sending a carpenter for assembly not are they facilitating return. I can’t even login or sign up onto their website. They’re customer care number does not work and they don’t respond to mails. Approaching on social media, they just reply that their support team will be there with me but it’s been says no one calls back or responds. They’re scamming people like this. There are many such complaints about them online
