Dear Team,
I am facing problem in KYC verification for my Paytm wallet. Registered by phone no. 9936922046.
After various effort for Aadhaar verification I come to know that Aadhaar is not valid now. So I raised ticket for the issue in revert I get a link for non Aadhaar KYC points.
I visited 3 of them in Sikar,Rajasthan pin code 332001.
All kyc points are not able to process, at last one of them help me out and send me to Paytm official Mr. Karan Popali.
I completed my KYC verification at my end, Mr. Karan informed me than same is processed successfully and with in 48 hours your wallet shown as KYC verified.
This incident belongs to 17 October and till today same is not happened. Due to which I am not able to my excess wallet balance to Bank of any other wallet to incash Because I have to pay my credit card payment.
All this wasted my 28days.
Now no satisfactory reply I received by calling or raising ticket to care. They are continually repeating visit KYC centre but without any Paytm official it can not be done.
Request resolution or return my wallet balance to Bank.
