My name is Anish Mishra,i joined a company on 26-02-2019,and now i told him that i am giving resign from today 12-03-2019, the Hr told me that they will not give me my full and final settlement amount because i not gave notice, please help am in soo much trouble they told me for convince also and i spend approx 3000 rs in convince..
Big issue is that they keep my original 10th certificate also not giving that please help me…..for get my salary back..
