I purchase AMC from kent official app which stands for annual maintenance cost which includes all repairs cost but on talking to customer care they told me it is only annual maintenance charge which includes only service cost . My prount product is already have 2 more year service charges free so i told them to refund my money or change it to to policy which i want but they refuse to do ao and told me that they will no do any thing in it as i have paid it they don’t told me to do so .
Please let them make to refund my money back as i don’t want to acial this policy
