I ordered a smart phone from sopclues.com on 26th September and paid Rs. 5040 in advance for it from my debit card. ID No. of this order is 213462645.
I canceled the order on 30.09.22 as they delayed because they were being delayed by the merchant.
According to their law it takes 10 days to refund any money paid from the card and they told me that they will refund the money by 10.10.22.
But today I did not get the money back even on 11.10.22 and also
Now the refund status is showing ‘Hold-Compliance Issue’.
I am very afraid of this matter. I am a student and also work as a worker.
I feel like they are cheating on me. I have screenshotted all the statuses given by them. I am attaching them to this message.
I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter and arrange to refund my money.
