I had purchased a Paytm device for payment at my shop on 8th Dec 2022 and returned their device on 21th of December 2022 because I had to shut down my shop.
I had purchases the device lifetime plan and returned the device in perfect condition .The paytm executive said they will refund me within 20 Days but now when I call their customer support executive some of they deny for the refund saying “I am not eligible for the refund” and some says you will receive the refund in few days so they raise a ticket ,but they close the ticket after that and do not contact me vai any sms,e-mail or call. Without resolving the issue they close the ticket and are scamming me.
I request help for a common consumer. Hope you take it in notice and take proper action
