I had purchased a kitchen weighing scale on 10 of july 2020 , instead sunglasses were been delivered to me, after contacting the amazon customer service for 10 times the wrong item was picked up after 2 months for refund since then its being more than 6 months i have not received my refund . I have called amazon customer service more than 20 times every time they ask for 12 to 15 days and assure me for refund but never looked into the matter nor accepted my request and still i have not received my refund .Its not matter of money its matter of trust ,today its of 500 tomorrow it might be of 5000 rs . Is this the same way we will be left??? asking for our money and requsting 20 times ????.
