Text of Complaint by Prakash Giri:

I ordered a tv Infinx y1 43 inch of price 15499 order ID OD327104479543231100 and it got delivered on 25 Jan. And i didn’t got invoice in there .When I started the tv it has white horizontal line on the screen so I raised complaint on the customer care they took me to give me pictures and etc and again and again , I also told them that there are not invoice there also not showing on the application and they just said me to send the pictures of the box serial no. , damaged product so I sent this all .They told me to wait 24 hours sometime 7 buisness days and after 1 month i received call they told me we can’t do anything for this and denied the service for me so I again raised the complain. After this long waiting my problem not resolved yet.
