I Booked an online ticket via paytm for nuego that was scheduled to arrive at 11:30 and my father reach there at 11.00 behind of nuego lounge, I’ll be waiting till 11.20 then I call to customer care and ask for where is the bus and they said we are not able to track it so I can provide you the conductor number when I call to conductor he said we already left

Without any calls this is very very unapporopriate behviour by them my father waited late night and still on time but still they left

So i need my refund back and this is the worst service ,not responding on time and letting the customer to wait was nothing more then harassing the customer by nuego
