i ordered a product from Amazon on 19 th December 2020 which I receive on 21 st December 2020 the product was Damaged when i first opened it. Since then I filed numerous complaints against the product for return. Pick-up man visit twice but rejected the pickup any times said that he will pick it up tomorrow when a fresh request for pickup was requested . since that almost avery day I received SMS for scheduled pickup but pickup man didn’t arrival. i even contact the custmer care any time and they also scheduled pickup but nothing happened. i attached below the pictures off damage product. I received and SMS received for the same. please take the required action against it and also guide me what should I do next regarding this.
