I ordered COMPACT MULTIPURPOSE FOLDABLE BAG (BUY 1 GET 1 FREE) ON COD Rs. 1199, through your website on FEB 12, 2024. I got a message from NMPOST confirming my order per return.( Familymart MH Enterprises). Today I got the item through DTDC( Tracking ID:140458867) and the amount was also paid in cash(COD). To my surprise ONLY ONE BAG is delivered as against agreed from your end. Pl. arrange to send the second BAG immediately.
