It’s been over 4 months and I had ordered a wall clock which has not yet arrived. They don’t have a phone number so can’t call them. All they reply is order is in cutting stage from last 4 months. Keep saying that it’s lockdown but it’s really been a very long time. It’s really frustrating. They have an automated reply and do not reply as to what is the status of the order. I have tried commenting on their insta account as well but it’s the same. They do not reply and are least bothered.
