We booked a Zoomcar dated 7th august with mobile number 8823029729 (belonging to Tanmay Nagar), received average condition car. Zoom functionality to upload fuel meter was faulty and hence after 30 km of drive we were able to upload fuel level details. However, despite problems faced with faulty car battery while returning car we refilled fuel as per original fuel level at the time of pickup. Still Zoomcar is claiming additional 1300 inr amount to us. All fault is with zoom car services by providing bad car and zoom fault technical functionality to upload fuel level meter. Now, Zoomcar is blackmailing us with false legal claim to us.
