Dear Kishtt Team
  1. Myself Shubham Tiwari Customer From Delhi.
I had availed loan of sumb near about Rs 5000 ,Where Repayment amount due date was on  28 December, i am delayed by 2 days and i am ready to pay today with extra delay charge
But really sorry to say your collection executives dont know how to talk and how to handle customers they are actually talking like goons in a threatning way ,I have attached below recordings conversation of calls and i would like to go to consumer court with this case ,as this is really not the procedure to deal and handle customer ,

Vijay Agarwal From Gujrat was the executive who called and had a word , let me tell you Kishtt team , few days back many cash app loan companies around 21 got seized and people arrested in company for threatning a customer and talking this way and for bad gestures , i really got enforced for this and i will deal this now well

the calls came from 7968313300,the persom told only name not tell his proper details and location of calling ,he himself was very confident when i said i will shoot a mail regarding this ,he said wo apki marzi
Kindly see to this case ,I am taking this to upper level now .
