Product ordered (Hercules 21 gear mountain cycle) through my flipkart for another customer on 3rd October. Product delivered on 8th October. Each and every day contacting customer care . Each time, they extended 4 more days for installation. At the same, they are not ready to take back the product and refund the product amount. Product still in unboxed condition. We paid include the installation amount.
