Text of Complaint by Arunkumar R:

I have stayed in colive from mid of november 2022 and within a week they have shifted to me to second floor where I have to pay lesser amount. I have paid 10000 as deposit and paid all month rent without dues.All of a sudden they issued to vacate us as they have not paid the due to the building owner and vacated December 23rd 2022. They said post Jan 15 2023 i will get the amount but till not nothing has happened. Almost 15000 due but they have mention it as 5300 as refundable amount. Even after claiming the amount has not refunded yet.
