I haven’t received my refund of security deposit amount of 40000/- from Colive after I vacated my room on 31 May 2023 after successfully completing 1 month of Notice period. As per Colive policy or terms and conditions, i have to receive my refund within 15 days after vacating. It has already crossed 1.5 months after vacating and still i haven’t received my amount. I have tried to contact them and raised complaints on their portal, still I haven’t got any response from them. They are just ignoring and cancelling my complaints by giving false hope that my money will be processed within 24 hours all the time without any proof or actions. I request you to please solve my problem by providing me the security deposit amount.
