Hi. My name is Mohit. I have ordered food from a internet service food provider called Zomato. The order id is 4845453575. I have paid 340₹ for this order. I have done this payment through paytm UPI.
I ordered the food approximately at 5:09pm and the food is ready at 5:30pm but delivered to me at 5:58pm because zomato did not updated the new address of the restaurant from where i ordered the food and delivery boy took time to understand the location of the restaurant and in meanwhile I received cold food which is not eatable.
I tried to contact zomato help line, there support person Manisha took the issue and at the end she offered me refund of ₹85 only which is in the form of coupon that will be used next time. Which is not acceptable at all. They totally wasted my time and mentally harassed me for this issue
