I had received a message on 12th January, 2022, to pay a Cash on Delivery Order of Rs. 600 and I paid the same as I was expecting another package. It was later discovered that this order was a wrong order, and it was not placed by me. It also did not contain the bill. The seller’s information is not available. I tried to contact Ecom express, via email, but it did not reply to my grievance and did not provide me with the seller’s information, due to which I cannot take further action.
