ORDER No.6404651878.
On dated 05/11/18 i had received the Shoes of Brand name ‘San Frissco’ but due to variation in color against ordered shoes i filed return request to the Paytm after 30 minutes of receiving the product and same was picked the Product on very next day morning.
Henceforth after waiting for 07 days i have not gotten any type of response from Paytm regarding my refund.
As mode of transaction was COD hence i had to mention Bank account details for NEFT transaction within 24 hours but same was not executed within 24 hours as earlier i was not aware for the same .Now the same option at Paytm app is closed not accessible.
For above Query i called more than 50 times to customer care executives (No.01204606060) on daily basis but the call is being kept on hold aprox for 30 minutes but no one answering me and no connection established.
Please response on my query and immediately refund my amount
