I ordered Non veg Hot and Sour Soup. After consuming the half of the soup I found cockroach in the soup. I called the waiter and show him the cockroach. I told him to call the manager. The Manager was refusing to come initially. The excuses was given that nobody at the bill counter so manager can’t come. Even in such situation they refused to care about the customer. Then I told the waiter once to call him. Manager call Little and I showed him the cockroach in the Soup. He apologized and said he will replace the soup. I said I will not pay the bill and he agreed. I’m concerned about the Health and Safety Standard of this Restaurant. I hope the concerned authority will take some measures so that no other person to become victim like me
