I want to claim warranty and have a problem with my Repairs

Clutch master cylinder replacement done on
Dt 01/05/23 29859 km at the time of car pickup
Payment done for

The car is having the same problem as
The clutch master cylinder is not working
30145 km as on dt 11.10.2023
The car is driven only 286 km approximately after parts changed
The same problem continues
I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with your service
I got stuck on signal with the clutch master cylinder problem not realising
I also complained about the same to
Go mechanic customer care
But this was of no use no response from Go mechanic they are not responding

The kilometres was 29859km on 1st May when the car was picked up for Wanowrie Pune
By S K Motors painting Kondhwa for clutch master cylinder replacement
And after the parts changed the car has been driven only 286
At present the kilometres are 30145 km as on dt 11.10.2023
Just driven 286 km
And the clutch master cylinder is giving a problem
The spare parts changed are not genuine
