In the year 2021, I ordered a product from SHOPCLUES that came out to be of very poor quality.
So, I returned it instead of getting a refund in my bank account it got added to the Cluebucks. Then, I know I have to use it but I didn’t have a need to buy anything at that time so it stayed in my account. Now, when I logged in to my account the Cluebucks were all gone.
I request you to look into my account and help me get my clueBucks and this time in my bank account. I request immediate action towards it.
