This is in reference to my order SO283442088 with Clubfactory. I have received the damaged broken product and while I’m applying for a return I’m getting an error message.
I reached out to support team for escalation but they denied escalating it to the senior team. I am facing the return issue only with this particular order. The other returns that I applied for at the same time were picked up.
But for this product return option is not working.
Now the point is, first of all they delivered me the damaged product and on the top of that they are not assisting with the return or refund.
Why should I wait any longer or go through all this because of their inefficient process and fault? They didn’t do the quality check and just sent it to me.
I need your help with either the return or refund of this product
