I would like to draw your attention regarding my complaint to surrender my membership and initiate refund for the same.
Your support executive Uttara Chavan informed us that she will make sure that we get booking to some other resort hence do not cancel membership, we agreed for same, however the promise was not fulfilled.
It seems club Mahindra is more interested in just making more and more members but do not assure that members will ever get bookings to their favourite destination.
