Text of Complaint by Saroor singla:

I purchased club mahindra membership (membership no. – 2983261)( linked to email id : saroor15@gmail.com )on 30 june 2022 which was sold to me by speaking too many lies basically it was misselling by Mr shashank midhra – sales person and Mrs ILA her manager. When i came to know about it , the very next day i.e 1 july 2022 i send email to club mahindra website memberexperience@mahindraholidays.com regarding cancellation of my membership and refund of my money because club mahindra gives 100% refund if cancellation request given within 10 days of purchasing membership, its the policy of the club. But still its today 12 sep 2022 more than 72 days , still no refund has been made neither they are replying to my emails, moreover i am getting text messages from them regarding paying my emi’s, they have not processed my cancellation request neither refund my money even after so many calls to customer care and sending so many mails to customer care. I have attached the screenshot of cancellation request send on email on 1 july 2022. Kindly make the refund urgently as i am in need of it.
