I have the Club Mahindra membership for which I paid around 4.5 L upfront and have been paying the yearly charges.
The rooms are never available and they keep putting random terms and conditions after taking the money and the membership is completely useless for me. They promised that the yearly charges will increase 400-500 per year but they keep increasing any random amount without any discussion or justification and I have to pay that to continue my membership as I have already paid the huge amount upfront.
