I am writing to you as I am not satisfied with the Club Mahindra member experience management for resolving Complaint Service Ticket Number 9001308481.

I had 3 days of complimentary days with validity up to 30 Nov 2022. I booked the complimentary days on 12th November 2022 on Club Mahindra app with WL 10937704.
However the waitlist was not confirmed by 12 Dec 2022. So I wrote to member experience to assist me to cancel the WL booking and revert the days, so that I can book again on resorts showing availability. ( Club Mahindra rooms are always full and waitlisted )
I got a reply from Megha Jadhav on 12 Dec 2022, to cancel the days using the website or App. Once the waitlist is cancelled the days will be re- credited back to my account for reuse.
So I followed the member experience instructions. However the days were not credited back and member experience has been unable to assist me, citing the expiry of the 3 complimentary days.

During the holiday package buying a year ago, the Club Mahindra members had made false promises and claims that these days can be extended by them. But now all those false promises and false claims are out.

So I write to you to solve this issue w.r.t re-credit of the 3 days that were given to me as part of the whole package that I bought with Club Mahindra.
The 3 complimentary days were part of the whole deal for which I have paid for.
